Action: Flag emails status

For email box in IMAP, Gmail, Office365 or Exchange, you can set the status of email after all other actions have been done.


Mark email on server side


  • Force email: Set status as read or unread
  • Flag it as answered: Mark it like an answer has been sent
  • Flag it as urgent: Mark the email as follow or urgent (depending on the email provider)
  • Remove all existing flags: delete all message flags
