It is processing only the latest 7 days emails, how to process older emails?

By default, when you add an account in Automatic Email Manager, it is set to get the new emails from the last 7 days, to avoid processing hundreds of old emails. You can change this by editing the account, move to the step 3, click on 'More options', now on the right choose the number of days.
