I'm using an outdated version of Automatic Email Manager, it can be version 4, 5, 6 or 7, you can upgrade to latest version your data will be updated.
First you have to know that all your actual data are not deleted, it installs Automatic Email Manager on a new folder, if you don't want to use latest version you can roll back to your previous version.
1. Please download the demo version of Automatic Email Manager (all your data are saved during update), get it here: https://www.automatic-email-manager.com/download/automaticemailmanager.exe
2. Install the downloaded version, at first run it will detect any previous installed version like version 4, V5, V6, V7,... and import the maximum possible data (accounts, actions,...). When it runs the version on first time please check the account(s) settings, then the check the group of actions. In some cases, you need to adjust the settings...
3. If you upgrade from a previous version (before version 7), you can enter your new license key if you got one or order the upgrade (contact us to get your upgrade discount). After that you can uninstall your previous version, if you don't do it your emails will be processed 2 times...
If you are a registered customer for a previous version and you want to download an old version: Please contact us with your license information (license name or registration number).
