How to Enable Sound Notifications for Incoming Emails

To receive audio notifications when new emails arrive, you have two options. By following these steps, you can customize sound notifications for incoming emails either globally or for specific emails.

Option 1: Global Method (default)

1. Open the Automatic Email Manager, on left menu click on 'Settings'.
2. In the 'On arrival of new messages' section, enable the option to play an audio sound.
3. Select a WAV audio file of your choice to be played for all incoming emails across all accounts. (MP3 sounds are not authorized)

Option 2: Specific sound for a specific Emails or account

1. Edit the scenario where you want to enable sound notifications.
2. Add a new action by selecting 'Misc Functions' from the bottom list of actions.
3. Choose the desired audio WAV file to be played when this scenario is executed.
