By default Automatic Email Manager will check your new emails from your inbox and process them, like print attachments or save in pdf on disk. But what's happen after? Generally nothing, and your inbox grows and has so many emails that you can't know what has been processed or not.

The best is to mark your email as read and/or move it to another folder for archiving after the actions, here how to do this:

Mark it as read:

  1. In Automatic Email Manager, edit your group of actions (the group you use to print or save or...)
  2. Click on 'Add new action' and select the action 'Mark as read', add it
  3. Valid the group of actions, it is done, now your emails will be marked as read after the process (generally around 30 seconds after).

Keep clean your inbox by moving your processed emails automatically:

  1. In Automatic Email Manager, edit your group of actions (the group you use to print or save or...)
  2. Click on 'Add new action' and select the action 'Move email', click on next
  3. Now select the folder you want to move your emails (for example a folder 'Processed' or 'Printed' or...)
  4. Valid the group of actions, it is done, now your emails will be moved from inbox to new folder (generally around 30 seconds after the end of process).

That's the advice of the day, in this case your emails can't be reprocessed by Automatic Email Manager in a case of problem, Automatic Email Manager will only process, by default, the unread emails from inbox.
