Sometimes you print all files attached to the email, but sometimes you don't want to print a specific file for an account. It is easy to choose, you can use the condition in the print attachment action (or in the save attachment action).
Step 1: Edit the scenario of actions you are using
- Edit the 'Print attachments' (or 'Save attachments') action
- Click on 'More options'
- Now in the condition select the operator 'Doesn't contain' and enter in the field data like the file extension you don't want to process: .tif. If you want to exclude multiple files you can add 1 extension per line
You can enter a filename part, for example to exclude printing the agreement, enter: agreement
