How to exclude printing or saving specific attachments, such as .TIF files?

There are times when you need to print all attachments in an email, but there may be specific files that you don't want to include for a particular account. You can easily accomplish this by using a condition in the 'Print attachments' or 'Save attachments' action.

Here's how you can do it:

Step 1: Edit the scenario containing the actions

  • Locate the 'Print attachments' or 'Save attachments' action in your scenario and edit it.
  • Click on 'More options'.
  • In the condition section, select the operator 'Doesn't contain' and enter the file extension you wish to exclude, such as .tif. If you want to exclude multiple file extensions, you can add one extension per line.

By following these steps, you can exclude specific file types, like .TIF, from being printed or saved while processing your emails.
