Process emails from the Sent box

Is it possible for Automatic Email Manager to handle emails from the "Sent" folder?

Absolutely! You can achieve this by editing the account settings in Automatic Email Manager. Navigate to the server settings (step 3), and then click on "More options." On the right-hand side, you will find the option to select the folder you want to process. Click on "Select" and choose the Sent folder.
