How to change the print email template, size and text?

The template is simple text file which can be edited by your notepad, to modify the email print template:

Step 1: Modify the Action to Print Email Body

• From the 'Scenarios' on the left menu, create a new scenario or modify an existing one.
• Add the 'Print email body' action.
• Beside the printer selection, choose a template and click 'Edit' to the right of it.

Step 2: Update the Template Details

• The size of the default font can be changed, but bear in mind that if the email body is printed in HTML format, the email will overwrite the font size.
