Use a specific program to print the PDF files

Automatic Email Manager leans on the internal system to print pdf files, yet there might be times you'd rather use an external app (or default program) for a different visual output. That's why you can force 'Automatic Email Manager' to use the default Windows app to peek at and print PDFs.

Step 1: Go the settings of Automatic Email Manager

  • Click on 'Settings' on the left menu of Automatic Email Manager, then section 'Email attachment', then click on 'File types management'.

Step 2: Search for the extension PDF and click on 'Settings'

Step 3: Change the option to use internal program to default program

NOTE: You have to know that using external program will not work when you are not logged to Windows (in service mode).
