How do I renew my annual License?

Overview

You can renew your annual license up to 30 days before it expires. Renewal is never automatic, so you stay in control.

When can I renew?

The renewal window opens 30 days before your expiration date. You cannot renew earlier.

How will I be notified?

We send you three reminder emails, each with your personal renewal link:

During the last 30 days, Automatic Email Manager also shows a notification in the application, with a Renew it now button.

How to renew

1. Click the renewal link in one of our emails, or click Renew it now in the application.
2. Check the number of licenses and your billing details.
3. Complete the payment.

Your license is extended by one year, and your data and settings are kept.

Tip: Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, or contact us with your license name.

What if I don't renew?

Nothing happens on its own. We don't renew licenses automatically and we don't store your payment information. If you decide not to renew, you don't need to do anything.
