How do I renew my annual License?

Renewing your annual license for another year is a straightforward process. However, it's important to note that you can only renew your license within 30 days of its expiration. If you wish to upgrade to a perpetual license, known as a lifetime license, you can do so at any time throughout the year.

How Will I Be Notified?

To ensure you don't miss the renewal window, we'll send you three reminder emails with your personalized renewal link:

1. 30 days before expiration: Receive your first reminder email with the renewal link.
2. 15 days before expiration: Receive a second reminder email with the renewal link.
3. 3 days before expiration: Receive a final reminder email with the renewal link.

In addition to these emails, you'll also see in-app notifications during the last 30 days of your license period.

Important Consideration for Non-Renewal:

If you decide not to renew your license, there's no need to take any action. We don't automatically renew licenses, and we also don't store your payment information. This ensures your privacy and control over your license status.
