How many accounts/email boxes i can add with 1 license?

You can add as many accounts as you want, there is no limitation in Automatic Email Manager.

  • But more accounts you add, more it will be slow to process every emails. For example if you add 100 accounts with 2 new emails at each check, it will take some times to process each one.

For information, we have customers with 200 accounts and it works fine.

  • The most important is to understand that if your inbox is empty of old emails it is better, super charged email box with thousands of emails is always slower than a clean inbox. That's why you can easily keep #inboxzero by deleting emails or moving automatically emails to another folder after process.
