How many accounts/email boxes i can add with 1 license?

You can add an unlimited number of accounts in Automatic Email Manager without any restrictions.

However, it's important to note that the more accounts you add, the slower the processing of emails may become. For instance, if you have 100 accounts with 2 new emails to check for each, it will take some time to process each email.


Info! It's worth mentioning that we have customers who successfully manage 200 accounts without any issues.


One crucial aspect to consider is that having an empty inbox or regularly organizing your emails can greatly enhance performance. An inbox filled with thousands of emails tends to be slower compared to a clean and organized inbox. Therefore, we recommend keeping your inbox tidy by deleting emails or automatically moving them to separate folders after processing.
