How many accounts/email boxes i can add with 1 license?

You can add an unlimited number of email accounts with a single license. Each account connects to one mailbox.

Performance tips

The more accounts you add, the more work Automatic Email Manager has to do on each check. For example, 100 accounts with 2 new emails each means 200 emails to process per cycle, so it can take a little longer.

Keep your mailboxes clean

The biggest performance gain comes from keeping your inbox small. An inbox with thousands of emails is slower to check than a clean one.

To keep it tidy, add one of these actions to your scenarios:

• Delete email: remove processed emails automatically.
• Move email: send processed emails to an archive folder.
