My message EML or MSG attached to original email is not processed

You receive email and attachments in format .eml or .msg, basically it works as expected but for some emails the attachment is not recognized in the condition (for example you set a condition to process email only if it is an .eml or .msg file), this is due to the format of the email generator (Outlook for example) which sets the attachment as an inline attachment instead of a true file attachment...


  1. Go in the options of Automatic Email Manager (menu 'file' then 'options')
  2. Now in section 'Attachments' at bottom there is a field 'Some malformed...' just add the extension: eml, msg
