Modified on Wed, 14 Jun 2023 at 10:41 AM

In certain instances, particularly with unstable Windows environments or specific configurations, you may come across an application crash. To address this, we have a reliable workaround in place that automatically restarts the Automatic Email Manager service or user interface in the event of a failure. This ensures a smoother experience and minimizes any disruptions caused by crashes.

Instructions:

1- Open Windows control panel and search for Event viewer (Admin Tools / Event Viewer) then Windows Logs and choose Applications.

2- Search for the crash/error event.

3- Right click on the event and choose ‘Attach task to this event’.

4- Complete the wizard by restarting the program Automatic Email Manager.

if the service failed you need to restart this program:

C:\Program Files\Namtuk\AEM9\aemServices.exe

if the UI failed you need to restart this program:

C:\Program Files\Namtuk\AEM9\AutomaticEmailManager.exe

5- Save the task.

6- Go in Windows Task scheduler and find the task, click properties, and configure as you see fit.
