Restart Automatic Email Manager in case of crash

On some unstable Windows or with some configurations, you may encounter an application crash, here is an effective workaround to automatically restart the service or user interface of Automatic Email Manager Windows in case of failure.



Instructions:

1- Open Windows control panel and search for Event viewer (Admin Tools / Event Viewer) then Windows Logs and choose Applications.


2- Search for the crash/error event.


3- Right click on the event and choose ‘Attach task to this event’.


4- Complete the wizard by restarting the program Automatic Email Manager.

if the service failed you need to restart this program:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Namtuk\AEM9\aemServices.exe

if the UI failed you need to restart this program:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Namtuk\AEM9\AutomaticEmailManager.exe


5- Save the task.


6- Go in Windows Task scheduler and find the task, click properties, and configure as you see fit.
