How to get remote assistance

Before seeking remote assistance, please reach out to us via our website to determine if the issue can be resolved through email support. Our technical team is available to provide remote assistance specifically for critical problems or application crashes. However, please note that we do not offer remote assistance for account setup or template creation. If you require assistance with these tasks, we recommend contacting a local technical professional or exploring our remote service options.


Instructions to open TeamViewer

NOTE: If you can't open Automatic Email Manager, then you must download manually the free software TeamViewer, see Step 2.


Step 1: Open Automatic Email Manager, then click on left menu 'Do you need Help?'

Download TeamViewer for support


Step 2: Now on step 4, click on link 'Download and open free TeamViewer'


Step 3: When the download is finished, it displays the login Id and password

  • Now you have to send us the login id and password via our contact form (by replying to original ticket). Then we will connect some minutes later.
