How to get remote assistance

Our technical team is available to provide remote assistance specifically for critical problems or application crashes. However, please note that we do not offer remote assistance for account setup or template creation. Instructions to open TeamViewer
NOTE: If you can't open Automatic Email Manager, then you should download manually the free software TeamViewer, see Step 2.
Step 1: Open Automatic Email Manager, then click on left menu 'Do you need Help?'
Step 2: Now on step 4, click on link 'Download and open free TeamViewer'
- If a problem occurs when downloading TeamViewer, please do it manually from TeamViewer web site ».
Step 3: When the download is finished, it starts TeamViewer and displays the login Id and password
- Now you have to send us the login ID and Password (click on left button to get the information copied in clipboard) via our contact form (by replying to original email). Then we will connect some minutes later.
