Error on installing on Windows 2012

During installation you receive this error message:
Target requirements check failed:
- Installation condition VersionNT >= 1000 failed
The application cannot be installed on this system.
Windows server 2012 is no more supported (the change log is here ), you can continue to use Automatic Email Manager 9.10 on your Windows 2012 as long as you want, but not the latest version simply because Microsoft has stopped to support Windows server 2012 and .NET7, Automatic Email Manager must use latest Microsoft technologie like .NET 8, 9, and soon .NET10,..., that's not a decision from us but from Microsoft.
