A scenario is a group of actions which is executed when a new email is coming. Of course, you assign a scenario to one or more email accounts and you can add condition to filter the email to apply the actions.
Creating a scenario
- Click on left 'Scenario(s)', then click on 'New scenario'
- Click on 'Add action' to choose the action you want to add, for example 'Print email body'.
- Set the action settings and valid
- Now you can see the action listed in the scenario's list
- Click on Next to set an optional condition
- Click on next to define a name for this scenario, you can also choose the account(s) to apply this scenario
