A scenario is a group of actions which is executed when a new email is coming. Of course, you assign a scenario to one or more email accounts and you can add condition to filter the email to apply the actions.



Creating a scenario

  1. Click on left 'Scenario(s)', then click on 'New scenario'
  2. Click on 'Add action' to choose the action you want to add, for example 'Print email body'.
  3. Add action to a scenario
  4. Set the action settings and valid
  5. Now you can see the action listed in the scenario's list
  6. Click on Next to set an optional condition
  7. Click on next to define a name for this scenario, you can also choose the account(s) to apply this scenario
