Modify email subject on the server
Modified on Mon, 26 May at 5:00 PM
This feature is available for O365 mailboxes and Exchange. You can change the subject of an email on the server after it has been processed. For example, you can add text to the subject to show that the email has been processed.
Add the action
- Create or edit a scenario in Automatic Email Manager, and click on Add new action
2. Select the action 'Export emails in a CSV database' in the list
3. Fill the settings, very simple
- Prepend text: Add text before the existing subject
- Append text: Add text after the existing subject
- Search text / And replace with text: Enter the text to search and replace it. It can be a simple text, regex not authorized.
- You can now use a regular expression (RegEx for .NET) to search for text pattern. For example to replace all subject with a new text, you can enter in the search Text: ^.*$
